Our Preschool Philosophy
At Rydalmere East Public School Preschool, our educators are committed to providing a stimulating, warm and culturally inclusive environment where every child is known, valued and cared for. We recognise that families want the very best for their children, so we deliver a high-quality preschool program that nurtures curiosity, creativity and confidence through meaningful play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Our vision is to grow great human beings every day by fostering a sense of belonging, being and becoming. We create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children develop a love of learning, build positive relationships and explore their world with joy and wonder.
We value children as competent and capable learners and work in genuine partnership with families and our school community to ensure every child’s strengths, interests and cultural identity are respected and celebrated. Our educators intentionally model and scaffold learning to support children’s independence, resilience and social competence, laying strong foundations for a successful transition to school.
Through reflective practice and ongoing professional learning, educators continually refine programs and environments to meet the needs of every child. We embrace inclusive practice and ensure all children can participate fully in a program that promotes agency, collaboration and respect for diversity.
